Scrum Master · Agile Coach · Delivery & Leadership

Scrum Master, Agile Coach & leadership coaching that gets you hired and promoted.

You have done the certification. You may even be doing Scrum work already. But interviews test judgement, not definitions, and leadership roles reward outcomes, not activity. This is 1:1 coaching, built on real delivery, to close that gap.

Not a course. Mock ceremonies, mock interviews, a real project simulation and AI-enabled Scrum, with feedback from someone who ran delivery for 20 years.

What you will cover

Everything a Scrum Master should know, practised

The theory is free online. Here you practise it: you run the ceremonies, own the KPIs, answer the scenarios and get corrected live, until it is interview-ready.

01

Scrum, applied

  • Roles, events and artifacts: product backlog, sprint backlog, increment, Definition of Done
  • Story points, estimation and capacity planning
  • Kanban and SAFe: flow, WIP limits, PI Planning
02

Mock ceremonies

  • You facilitate sprint planning, daily standup, review and retro
  • Backlog refinement and PI Planning, run live
  • Stopped and coached on the spot, then run again
03

Real project simulation

  • Run a mock project end to end: vision, backlog, sprints
  • Set up the Jira board, dashboards and reports yourself
  • Leave with a project case study to discuss in interviews
04

Metrics & KPIs

  • Velocity, burndown, cycle time, lead time
  • DORA metrics and delivery health
  • KPI reports leadership actually reads, and how to defend them
05

The “what would you do if…” round

  • Team misses every sprint goal
  • Product Owner changes scope mid-sprint
  • Manager wants velocity as a performance metric
06

Mock interviews

  • Recorded, with written feedback within 24 hours
  • Screening, scenario, behavioural and hiring-manager rounds
  • Structure, evidence and how you come across
07

AI-enabled Scrum

  • AI for standup digests, retro themes and sprint reports
  • Jira queries and delivery-risk spotting with AI
  • Build an AI portfolio: 2–3 examples you can show
08

Tools

  • Jira fundamentals and JQL
  • Confluence for team documentation
  • Dashboards and reports
09

AI job search

  • The 9-prompt AI system for resume variants and LinkedIn
  • Targeting the right job descriptions
  • An AI mock interviewer for daily practice between sessions

Senior IT Leader · Agile & Leadership Coach · Published Author

I have spent over 20 years leading delivery across BFSI, FinTech and SaaS, working with C-suite stakeholders across three continents. I have been the person in the room when a status stayed green while the delivery quietly collapsed, and I coach from that, not from slides.

That is why this coaching focuses on what a Scrum Master or Agile leader actually faces on a Tuesday afternoon, and how to talk about it convincingly in an interview.

Ask on WhatsApp

How do I become a Scrum Master with no Scrum Master experience?

Start by mapping the Scrum work you already do as a project manager, developer, BA or tester: running standups, removing blockers, facilitating retros, tracking velocity. Then close the gaps: Scrum theory applied to real situations, story points and estimation, Jira and Confluence, and the metrics a Scrum Master owns. Finally, prepare the "what would you do if…" scenario answers that interviews rely on. Coaching compresses this into 4 to 8 weeks.

Is a CSM or PSM certification enough to get hired as a Scrum Master?

Usually not on its own. A certification gets your resume noticed, but interviewers test for applied judgement: how you handle a team that misses sprint goals, a product owner who changes scope mid-sprint, or a manager who wants velocity as a performance metric. Practical scenario preparation matters as much as the certificate.

What is the difference between a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach?

A Scrum Master serves one team, or a few, and focuses on the team's Scrum practice and removing impediments. An Agile Coach works across teams and leadership, shaping ways of working, coaching Scrum Masters and managers, and tying agility to business outcomes. The move from one to the other is mostly a move from team facilitation to organisational influence.

Can a project manager move into a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role?

Yes, and it is a common path. Project managers already bring stakeholder management, risk and delivery discipline. The shift is from directing work to enabling a self-managing team. Coaching focuses on that mindset change, on Scrum and Kanban mechanics, and on reframing your resume for Scrum Master and Agile Delivery roles.

What metrics should a Scrum Master track?

Core metrics include velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time and lead time, along with delivery-health measures such as the DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, time to restore). A good Scrum Master uses them to improve the team's flow, not to rank individuals.

How do I move from Scrum Master or team lead into a leadership role?

Leadership roles reward different things: owning outcomes and metrics, influencing stakeholders, developing other leaders and being accountable for delivery health. Coaching helps you build evidence of those behaviours, practise leadership interview scenarios, and position your experience for Delivery Manager, Program Manager or Head of Delivery roles.

How does the coaching work and what does it cost?

You share your CV, at least two target job descriptions and your application history. After a free review you choose: Pay-As-You-Go at ₹2,500 per 60-minute session (or 3 for ₹6,750), the 4-week Scrum Master Fundamentals programme at ₹24,999, or the 8-week Job-Ready Program at ₹49,999. Both programmes can also be paid half now and the rest when you are hired. A small-group Fundamentals cohort is ₹9,999. Sessions are 1:1 over Google Meet.

Do you coach candidates outside India?

Yes. Sessions run in an evening IST window that works for the Gulf, UK, Europe, Singapore and the US East Coast morning. Coaching is in English. USD pricing is available for international clients.

Can I pay part of the fee after I get a job?

Yes, for the two programmes. Pay half upfront and a fixed success fee when you accept an offer: Fundamentals is ₹12,499 now plus ₹20,000 when hired, and the Job-Ready Program is ₹24,999 now plus ₹40,000 when hired. The success fee applies to a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or delivery role accepted within 6 months of finishing, and is due within 30 days of your joining date. If you are not placed within 6 months, you owe nothing more. This option is offered after the free CV review.

How is AI used in the coaching?

In three ways. First, as a job skill: you learn to use AI for sprint reporting, retro synthesis, Jira queries and delivery-risk spotting, and build a short AI portfolio you can show in interviews. Second, in the job search: the 9-prompt AI system for resume variants, LinkedIn and application filtering, with rules that stop the AI inventing experience. Third, for interview practice: an AI mock interviewer set up for your target role so you practise daily between live sessions. AI is never used during a real interview.

Why pay for coaching when Scrum content is free on YouTube?

The theory is free, and you should use it. What videos cannot do is review your CV, watch you run a sprint review, stop your interview answer at minute two and correct it, or hold you to a weekly plan. This coaching is practice and feedback: mock ceremonies, mock interviews, a project simulation and line-by-line CV work for the roles you are targeting.
