We only collect what you type into our forms — name, email, and the details you choose to share when booking a session, claiming a licence key, or requesting a report. We never sell your data. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data by writing to info@serenesprints.com.
1.Who this applies to
This policy covers serenesprints.com and its sub-pages, including /careercoaching, /landyournextrole, /applysmart, and /book-tools. Our Chrome extension has its own, separate policy at /extension-privacy, since it runs entirely on-device and doesn't send anything to us.
2.What we collect, and why
We only collect information you actively submit through a form on this site. We do not run visitor tracking beyond standard, aggregated analytics (see Section 5).

3.Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed either by StaticForms (which emails the submission to us) or by a Google Apps Script web app that we control, which writes to a private Google Sheet. In both cases the data lives in services we administer directly — we do not use a third-party marketing or CRM platform today.
4.Cookies and local storage
We don't set tracking cookies. Some pages save a single, non-identifying preference — your chosen pricing currency (INR/USD) — in your browser's localStorage, so you don't have to re-select it on your next visit. This never leaves your device and contains no personal information.
5.Analytics
Some pages use Google Analytics (via gtag.js) and Vercel's built-in analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, roughly how many people, and from where. This is standard, aggregated usage data; it is not linked to the personal details you submit through our forms.
6.Third parties
- Google Analytics / Vercel Analytics — aggregated traffic statistics.
- StaticForms.xyz — relays contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Google Apps Script / Google Sheets — stores licence-key claims, workshop registrations, and (once configured) report requests.
- WhatsApp — if you message us via a
wa.melink, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
7.Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, or you can simply reply and ask to be removed. For the /applysmart report and tips list specifically, you can opt out at any time by emailing info@serenesprints.com with the subject "Unsubscribe."
8.Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you — from a form submission, a licence claim, or a coaching enquiry — by emailing info@serenesprints.com with the subject "Delete my data." We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
9.Children
Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10.Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
